Deployment Requirements
Return Policy
At Boom Buddy, we stand by our gear. If your tactical plush isn't ready for deployment, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
- 30-day return window from delivery date.
- Must be in un-deployed (unused) condition.
- Original tactical packaging required.
- Clearance items are final sale.
To initiate a return, contact our Logistics HQ at operations@boombuddy.co with your order number. Once approved, we will provide deployment instructions for the return shipment.

01. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Boom Buddy operational platform, you agree to be bound by these tactical directives. Failure to comply with system protocols may result in immediate termination of access to the squad headquarters.
02. MISSION OBJECTIVES & PRODUCT USE
Our moral support devices are intended for civilian and collector deployment only. While inspired by frontline grit, they are not designed for active combat zones or hazardous environmental conditions. Use outside specified parameters is at the operative's own risk.
03. PROTOCOL GOVERNING PURCHASES
All procurement actions are subject to unit availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of squads deployed to any single coordinate. Pricing is tactical and subject to change based on logistics and supply chain variables.
04. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All blueprints, tactical designs, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Trench Art LLC. Unauthorized replication of our plush machinery or tactical aesthetics is strictly prohibited under international copyright directives.
05. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Boom Buddy HQ shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental occurrences resulting from the deployment of our plushies in your personal space. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective units as defined in our Return Policy.
